ART GALLERY - BASIC PACKAGE

The Art Gallery - Basic Package has been designed to service the small Gallery or Art Retail Outlet. As can be seen below the visitor using his smart phone is able to access fixed information about the gallery and also changing information as exhibitions progress through the gallery space. These details can be saved and shared.

For the artists the package provides them with the ability to promote themselves and their exhibits. They are also provided with the ability to integrate QR codes into their multimedia exhibits. The package includes hosting multimedia items on our servers for at least the duration of the exhibitions. During the lifetime of the contract we will provide access statistics.

Small galleries may not have sufficient wireless facilities to support Internet access in which case our technical experts can advise on how to improve the situation and if necessary provide a local device to provide a standalone service for the duration of an exhibition.

QR CODE - CONTACT DETAILS

The information such as name, address, telephone no, email, website can be fixed in the QR code itself which can be accessed immediately with no need for the Internet.  The code can be used on a business card, badge or documentation.

QR CODES  - LARGE PUBLIC DISPLAY

To be used inside or outside the premises where they can be seen by the public, the QR code will direct the scan to the Gallery/Exhibition website. This is particularly useful when the premises are closed.

QR CODES FOR LEAFLETS AND FLYERS.

The code would appear on the leaflet and point to the website or an area within the website.  This information can be updated on the website without having to change the leaflet.  Or it could point to a blog spot or information set up specifically for an event.

QR CODES – ADS IN JOURNALS, MAGAZINES.

The information pointed to by the code could be changed at any time and so the advertisement itself never had to be changed.

QR CODES – GALLERY/EXHIBITION SPACE

The QR code would direct the scan to text, audio or visual information which would give specific information regarding the Gallery of the Exhibition, possibly written especially.  It could be used in the vicinity of the Gallery/Exhibition to advertise the event.

QR CODES FOR ARTWORKS IN THE GALLERY SPACE.

The codes would direct the scan to a description of the artwork in text, audio or visual media.  It is expected that these would contain more information than would be considered appropriate for labels and gallery listings.  Used in the close proximity of the artwork.

QR CODES FOR THE ARTISTS IN THE GALLERY SPACE.

The QR code would direct the scan to a description of the Artist – maybe an artist statement in text, audio or visual media and displayed near the artist’s works.
